About Me

Thank you for visiting my website (by the way, the "dw" stands for David Wines). I have been providing outpatient counseling services for various mental health and addictive disorders for more than 20 years. In addition to providing office-based counseling in the Canton-Ann Arbor area of southeast Michigan, I also provide certain services via videochat using Skype. With the internet, the world is at your fingertips. You no longer have to go to an office for counseling services if you are comfortable with e-mail or telephone services. Considering the price of gas these days, online counseling may offer significant savings over office-based counseling. Overview of Services

I provide psychotherapy for adults and adolescents with mental health problems, including anxiety, depression, stress reactions, relationship and intimacy issues, sex and romance addictions, substance abuse, family conflicts and codependency. I see individuals, couples and families. If you live in the Canton-Ann Arbor area of southeast Michigan, I accept many insurance plans through Advanced Counseling Services and Stonebrook Counseling Associates.
